Through a round of TV appearances cult author Kurt Vonnegut writer of such books as Breakfast of Champions and Slaughterhouse Five, has found himself in the best sellers list. His latest book A Man Without a Country has reached the top 10 on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.com.
