This is a funny clip. Just saw him at the Leith Festival and reviewed it on my blog here http://edinburghlove.com/2009/06/15/review-kevin-bridges-at-the-leith-festival/ Definately recommend seeing him at the Edinburgh Festival but a lot of his shows are sold out already so buy them now !

Cheers Alison.

I'd echo that. I saw him at one of his two sell-out shows at Oran Mor in March. See him now in a small room while you can. He'll be a comedy superstar in nae time.

Have corrected my post re TV debut. I couldn't get a much smaller venue than Cruz and I was in the front row. I first saw him at the Samsung Comedy awards a few years ago which I am sure he won (the finals were in London) I really like your blog :)

Thanks a lot Alison.

You'd be right to say it was his terrestrial television debut. Maybe the man himself could confirm :o)

He's always been good, right from when he was doing open spots around Glasgow about 5 years ago. He's just gone from strength to strength.

Missed this the other week - a great set from a cracking guy. I remember him doing stand-up when he was technically too young to be in the bar - he's just got better and better. Great stuff.

I mind that too Fraser, he was a baby faced 17 year old when I used to see him at Red Raw in Edinburgh, 2004/5. He ran about in trackies back then. Was always my favourite when he was on. He had great pace even then. Wasn't fazed at all. N

Ah, the mysterious 'N'.

Stop lurking hen, come right out into the open, we know who you are :o)

But aye you're right even though you once confused him with someone about a decade older, I do mind you saying how good he was even then.

First saw Kevin Bridges at Bacchus during the Glasgow Comedy Festival - went along to listen to the mate, who was appearing there and KB turned up as a Special Guest.
Very funny.
