Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin has died after being stung by a stingray while filming a documentary. I always enjoyed Irwin’s show The Crocodile Hunter. I guess one of the reasons it was so entertaining was because he always put himself in situations no one else would have."The world has lost a great wildlife icon, a passionate conservationist and one of the proudest dads on the planet," John Stainton, Irwin's friend and producer who was on board Croc One said in the statement.
"He died doing what he loves best and left this world in a happy and peaceful state of mind," he said. "Crocs Rule!"
