Perhaps She'll Die

I thought of the nursery rhyme where the old lady eats a fly then sends several other creatures down her gullet after it. I thought that perhaps it might be a good bit to expand on for a comedy routine. I then had the thought that it was ‘a bit Richard Herring’.

I did a Google search on it to find the words. Then after discovering that nursery rhymes sites in here are blocked and classified as ‘adult’ I found that Richard Herring has indeed dissected the tale for comic effect. Have a look.
