He Seemed So Nice

This is another something I caught on the Daily Show. It’s a video of The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, inappropriately kissing a little boy.

Putin’s explaination was as follows.

"He seemed very independent and serious... I wanted to cuddle him like a kitten and it came out in this gesture. He seemed so nice."

Much like the kind of thing that a perp would say having been braced by Sipowicz.
