Opening Soon - Coffee Shop

I don’t know if anyone else has noticed this, but this carpet shop on Great Western Road appears to have been closing down for several years. I think it was about three years ago I first noticed this sign, though I could be wrong.

Does anyone know how long it’s been closing down for or when this coffee shop is due to open? Answers in the comments section please.
